My family and I stayed at Markus' apartment just recently during a short stop in Vienna. It is a wonderful place. The pictures really do not do it justice. It is much bigger and nicer than it looks in the photos. Everything is pristine, clean and well thought out in the apartment. We wanted to stay for longer, but had to leave. Markus is a great host. Very responsive and helpful. He even offered to help us with a cab as we left for the airport. Quite a pleasant experience. We will stay here again during our next trip to Vienna.
We stayed 5 nights at Markus´ beautiful Apartment and we were very happy being at his place. Everything was so spacious for us. We were 8 in total with 4 small kids. Everything was well organized and we had everything we needed. Printer was also very useful to book last-minute tickets for sightseeing. I am so sorry we did not get to meet Markus because he was a fantastic host. He was always available on email and was proactive in his communications. Also very organized, and his recommendations were accurate, well-chosen, and wonderful! We are living in Rome where there are many excellent restaurants, but the Vienna restaurants and cafes he recommended, both in the neighborhood and elsewhere, were absolutely top-notch. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and well-appointed. There was plenty of room for my wife and I and our three adult children. The beds were so comfortable it was often difficult to leave the apartment in the morning to go and see Vienna!
This is a great flat and location to stay while in Vienna. The apartment is spacious and is in a neighborhood close to the city center, about 8 minutes on the tram. The tram is a close walk. The apartment is also clean and organized. Markus is a great communicator too. He helped us with suggestions of the sights we wanted to see and places to dine near the Musikverein where we went to see the Vienna Symphony.
We booked the apartment because of the good reviews, and we were not disappointed. Everything was perfectly maintained, organized, and clean. There was even a Nespresso machine for the first coffee in the morning. Markus provided us with great restaurant tips. The apartment is located in the 2nd district – it's less than 10 minutes to the city center by bike or train (or Drive Now). There are also some good restaurants around the apartment where we had delicious meals. We had a great 3 days in the Sissi city. Thank you very much for everything, Markus.
We love Austria, we love Vienna, and now we love Boutique Garden Apartment. Markus is a great host (even from a distance). The apartment is fabulous. A modern place, full of good taste, with big rooms, very comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. Very, very clean. The location is very good, in a quiet area, close to the tram station for the city center.
The location is perfect – central to the main tram line, museums, and all the best sites. Plenty of nice restaurants and pubs, including the famous New York cafe.
The apartment is magnificent, spacious, warm, very well equipped, and located close to public transportation. The owner is available to answer all questions and ensure that the stay goes smoothly. In short, we had a great week and highly recommend it!
Very beautifully renovated and very clean old building apartment with a cozy courtyard. Quiet location and close to the nearest tram stop. Just a few stops to the city center. Excellent support from the landlord and completely hassle-free choice of arrival time with electronic door opening. Great!
